昆明动车到麗江-麗江古城-黑龙潭-麗江酒店

早餐后根据动车时间，乘坐动车前往麗江；后前往遊览麗江古城，

麗江古城是中国 5A 级旅遊景区，国家级历史文化名城，也是世界文化遗

产之一。 它自古就是远近闻名的集市和重镇，也是中国历史文化名城中

两个没有城墙的古城之一。古城内小桥流水，民居建筑布局错落有致。

发源于城北象山脚下的玉泉河水分三股入城后，又分成无数支流，穿街

绕巷，流布全城，形成了“家家門前绕水流，户户屋后垂杨柳”的诗画

图；【黑龙潭公园】，黑龙潭公园走走，它是古城的一种延续，是在丽

江山水中城市與自然融合的古典园林；麗江古城位于云南省麗江市古城

区，又名大研镇，是中国以整座古城申报世界文化遗产获得成功的两座

古城之一。晚入住麗江酒店。

After breakfast, take the bullet train to Lijiang according to the train

schedule; then proceed to visit Lijiang Old Town. Lijiang Old Town is a

China National 5A-level tourist attraction, a national historical and cultural

city, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has long been a famous market

and strategic town; it is also one of only two walled-less ancient cities among

China’s historical and cultural cities. Within the old town, small bridges span

flowing streams, and the residential buildings are arranged in an artful,

staggered layout. The waters of the Yulong Spring River, rising at the foot of

Xiangshan Hill north of the town, split into three channels upon entering the

city, then subdivide into countless tributaries that wind through every street

and alley, spreading throughout the town and creating the poetic scene of

“water flowing before every doorstep, willows drooping behind every house.”

Next, stroll through Black Dragon Pool Park, which serves as an extension of

the old town—a classical garden where city and nature blend harmoniously

within Lijiang’s mountains and waters. Lijiang Old Town is located in the

Gucheng District of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, also known as Dayan

Town. It is one of only two ancient cities in China whose entire urban area was

successfully inscribed as a World Cultural Heritage Site. In the evening, check

Notes: Upon first arrival at high altitude, avoid strenuous exercise and

quickly, with large temperature swings between day and night and strong UV

Day 3

麗江- 上虎跳-虎跳峡徒步-香格里拉

Lijiang – Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge – Tiger Leaping Gorge Hike –

Shangri-La

早餐后，前往有世界峡谷之最之称-【虎跳峡】，峡谷长 16 千米，南

岸玉龙雪山主峰海拔 5596 米，北岸中甸雪山海拔 5,396 米，中间江流宽

仅 30-60 米。虎跳峡的上峡口海拔 1800 米，下峡口海拔 1630 米，两岸

山岭和江面相差 2500-3000 米，谷坡陡峭，蔚为壮观。江流在峡内连续

下跌 7 个陡坎，落差 170 米，水势汹涌，声闻数里，为世界上最深的大

峡谷之一。（温馨提示：虎跳峡是世界上著名的大峡谷, 也是中国最深

的峡谷之一，以“险”而闻名天下，遊览时请您注意安全），乘接驳车

抵达中途客栈（halfway），打卡传奇美景“爽死你阳台”，随后开始虎

跳峡高路全程最精華最出片路段的懒徒步之旅（中途客栈-龙洞水瀑布往

返约 4 公里，山路平缓没坡度，轻松打卡无压力），徒步的过程中可以

看到险峻的峡谷、雪山、瀑布等，一路可以感受到虎跳峡的雄伟、壮

丽、险峻和奇特。行走在哈巴雪山和玉龙雪山之间，旁边山脚下就是湍

急汹涌的金沙江，一路上的峡谷、瀑布、云海无不令人叹为观止。

晚餐后，乘车前往香格里拉酒店入住。

After breakfast, head to the world-renowned Tiger Leaping Gorge—16 km

long, with the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain’s main peak rising to 5,596 m on

the south bank and the Zhongdian Snow Mountain reaching 5,396 m on the

north. The river narrows to just 30–60 m at its tightest point. The upper gorge

entrance sits at 1,800 m elevation, and the lower at 1,630 m, making the cliffs

and river drop some 2,500–3,000 m—truly a spectacular sight. The Jinsha

River plunges over seven steep cascades within the gorge, totaling a 170 m

drop; its roaring waters can be heard for miles, earning Tiger Leaping Gorge

its status as one of the world’s deepest canyons. (Note: Tiger Leaping Gorge is

famed for its sheer drops and thrilling terrain; please take care and follow

safety instructions at all times.) Board a shuttle to the Halfway Guesthouse,

snap photos at the legendary “Balcony of Thrills,” then embark on the gorge’s

most scenic—and easiest—hike. This lazy trek covers approximately 4 km

round-trip (Halfway Guesthouse to Dragon’s Cave Waterfall and back) over

gentle, level trails, perfect for stress-free photo stops. Along the way, you’ll

witness the gorge’s dramatic cliffs, snow-capped peaks, and cascading

waterfalls, feeling the power, grandeur, and rugged beauty of Tiger Leaping

Gorge. Walking between Haba Snow Mountain and Jade Dragon Snow

Mountain, you’ll be flanked by soaring peaks while the torrential Jinsha River

races beside you, with every canyon vista, waterfall, and sea of clouds leaving

you in awe.

After dinner, depart by coach for Shangri-La and check in to your hotel.

Day 4

松赞林寺+独克宗古城+小中甸花海，唐卡绘画體验

Songzanlin Monastery + Dukezong Old Town + Xiaozhongdian Flower Sea,

Thangka Painting Experience

早餐后乘车前往遊览【噶丹·松赞林寺】，又有“小布达拉宫之称”

寺是云南省规模最大的藏传佛教寺院寺院外围筑有椭圆形城垣，主殿威

严而華美，殿内壁画色彩鲜艳，笔法细腻，以描述史迹典故，弘扬佛教

教义为主。随后前往遊览【独克宗古城】独克宗古城是中国保存得最

好、最大的藏民居群。独克宗古城依山势而建，路面起伏不平，那是一

些岁月久远的旧石头就着自然地势铺成的，至 2021 年，石板路上还留着

深深的马蹄印，那是当年的马帮给时间留下的信物了。对于穿越茶马古

道的马帮来说，独克宗古城，是茶马古道上的重镇，也是马帮进藏后的

第一站，这算是相当舒服的一段路。2001 年，独克宗古城被批准为云南

省历史文化名城；位于香格里拉国道 214 线旁的小中甸花海迎来了一年

一度的盛花期。杜鹃花和狼毒花竞相绽放，构成了一幅绚丽多彩的画

卷。

小中甸花海作为香格里拉夏季的赏花胜地，每年都会吸引大量市民和

遊客前来打卡拍照。在蓝天白云下，漫步于花海中，仿佛置身于童话世

界。这个夏天，不妨前往小中甸花海，感受大自然的美丽；后體验藏式

美学唐卡绘画

后返麗江，晚入住麗江酒店。

After breakfast, drive to visit Ganden Songzanlin Monastery—also known as the

“Little Potala Palace.” This is the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan Province.

An elliptical city wall surrounds the monastery grounds; the main hall is solemn and

magnificent, and the murals inside are brightly colored and finely executed, primarily

depicting historical episodes and illustrating Buddhist teachings.

Next, proceed to Dukezong Old Town. Dukezong is the best-preserved and largest cluster

of traditional Tibetan dwellings in China. Built along the mountain slopes, its uneven

streets are paved with ancient stones that follow the natural terrain. As of 2021, deep

horseshoe imprints remain in the stone slabs—tokens left by the mule caravans of the old

Tea Horse Road. For those caravans traversing the route, Dukezong was a major town and

their first stop upon entering Tibet—a relatively comfortable stretch of the journey. In

2001, Dukezong Old Town was designated a Yunnan Provincial Historic and Cultural

City.

Then visit the Xiaozhongdian Flower Sea, located beside National Highway 214 in

Shangri-La, which is now in its annual peak bloom. Rhododendrons and euphorbia burst

into flower, creating a brilliant, colorful tableau. As a premier summer flower-viewing

destination in Shangri-La, Xiaozhongdian Flower Sea annually attracts large numbers of

locals and tourists for photo ops. Under blue skies and white clouds, strolling through the

blooms feels like wandering in a fairy-tale world. This summer, immerse yourself in the

beauty of nature here; afterwards, enjoy a Tibetan-style Thangka painting experience.

Finally, return to Lijiang and check in to your hotel in the evening.

Day 5

动车返昆明，西山龙門，昆明老街-昆明酒店

Return to Kunming by Bullet Train, Xishan Dragon Gate, Kunming Old

Street – Kunming Hotel

根据动车时间乘车返回昆明，后前往集合出发前往昆明景色怡人的历史

名山【西山森林公园】，西山位于滇池湖畔，远看似一位纤纤美女卧于

湖面，所以也叫“睡美人山”。行程中包含缆车，无窗式观景缆车，脚

下是西山，目光所及是西山美景；徒步西山的同时别忘了俯瞰昆明市区

景色及滇池碧绿如玉、烟波浩渺的壮观美景。随后前往昆明老街，昆明

老街的建筑群落中，最古老的有近 900 年历史，这些建筑承载着这座城

市太多的记忆與故事，同时又承载了当代人太多的童年欢乐和当下的生

活趣味。

晚推荐观看《云南印象》，由著名舞蹈艺术家杨丽萍亲自编导，《云

南印象》打破了傳統舞台的界限，将云南最原始、最本真的民族文化搬

上舞台。

Return to Kunming by coach according to the bullet train schedule; then

proceed as a group to visit the scenic and historic mountain Xishan Forest

Park. Xishan is located on the shore of Dianchi Lake and, from a distance,

resembles a slender beauty reclining on the water’s surface, hence it is also

called “Sleeping Beauty Mountain.” The itinerary includes a cable car ride—

an open- air, windowless scenic cable car—with Xishan beneath your feet and

its beauty all around; while hiking Xishan, don’t forget to overlook the

cityscape of Kunming and the spectacular view of Dianchi Lake, jade- green

like a gem with boundless, mist- shrouded waves.

Next, proceed to Kunming Old Street. Among its architectural clusters, the

oldest buildings are nearly 900 years old. These structures bear countless

memories and stories of the city, as well as the joys of childhood and the

present- day life interests of its inhabitants.

In the evening, it is recommended to watch Impressions Yunnan, personally

choreographed and directed by the renowned dance artist Yang Liping.

Impressions Yunnan breaks the boundaries of traditional stage, bringing

Yunnan’s most original and authentic ethnic culture vividly to life.

早餐后，前往斗南花卉市场，昆明斗南花卉有限公司全资拥有中国最

大的花卉交易市场—“昆明斗南花卉市场”，专业從事花卉市场的营

运、管理，经国家工商局商标局核准并拥有“斗南”注册商标专用权，

该“斗南”注册商标为“云南省著名商标”，受国家特别保护。

Dounan Flower Market – Departure

After breakfast, head to Dounan Flower Market. Kunming Dounan Flower

Co., Ltd. wholly owns China’s largest flower trading market—the Kunming

Dounan Flower Market. The company specializes in the operation and

management of the flower market and holds the exclusive rights to the

registered trademark “Dounan,” which has been officially approved by the

State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The “Dounan” trademark is

recognized as a Famous Trademark of Yunnan Province and enjoys special

protection from the state.

After the visit, transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.

◆ 服装类：早晚温差巨大，中午阳光直射恨不得光膀子，而太阳落下后冷風骤起，外

套建议选择防水、防風、透气的外套，中层准备一个排骨羽绒背在包里，以备抵御夜晚

的寒冷，内层穿着排汗速干面料的。

◆ 鞋子：徒步穿一双防滑能力强的徒步鞋非常重要，有一些路段很窄在悬崖边，鞋子

不防滑心里打颤呀，并且专門的徒步鞋会更好的保护脚部

◆ 帽子：毛线帽准备起来，山顶風大，不要带固定不住的帽子

◆ 背包：每隔一段时间就会有补给的地方，不用携带太多的东西，尽量控制背包的重

量（但是巧克力、水要准备充足，很重要）

◆ 手套：准备一双有备无患，有些树枝上还有刺儿

◆ 墨镜：这里紫外线很强，阳光直射对眼睛非常不好，墨镜要注意不要选择那种戴上

之后视线黑黑的，影响行走。

◆ 其他：登山杖、巧克力、补充电解质的饮料、饮用水

◆ Clothing: The temperature varies drastically between day and night. At noon, direct sunlight may make

you want to strip down, but once the sun sets, cold winds can suddenly pick up. Opt for a waterproof,

windproof, and breathable outer layer. Carry a lightweight down vest in your backpack as a mid-layer to

combat nighttime chill. For the inner layer, wear moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric to stay comfortable

during exertion.

◆ Footwear:A pair of sturdy, slip-resistant hiking boots is essential. Some trails are narrow and run along

cliff edges—poor traction could lead to slips or instability. Proper hiking boots also provide better ankle

support and foot protection.

◆ Headwear: Pack a warm beanie (knitted hat) as mountain summits are often windy. Avoid hats that are

loose or easily blown off.

◆ Backpack: Supply points are available at regular intervals, so avoid overpacking. Keep your backpack

lightweight, but ensure you carry sufficient chocolate, water, and electrolyte-replenishing drinks (critical for

energy and hydration).

◆ Gloves: Bring a pair of gloves as a precaution. Some trails have thorny branches that can scratch your

hands.

◆ Sunglasses: UV radiation here is intense, and direct sunlight can harm your eyes. Choose sunglasses that

block 100% of UV rays but avoid overly dark lenses that impair visibility on shaded trails.

◆ Additional Essentials: Trekking poles (for stability on uneven terrain), High-energy snacks (e.g.,

chocolate, nuts), Electrolyte drinks and sufficient water, First-aid kit (recommended for emergencies)

In the event that the itinerary is affected by force majeure (such as natural disasters, traffic

conditions, government actions, etc.), our agency reserves the right to make necessary
