Tang Guozi, or Tang Pastry, traces its origins back to the Tang Dynasty over 1,400

years ago. During that era, tea culture flourished, and the custom of pairing tea with

delicate snacks emerged. Tang Guozi was created specifically to accompany tea during

tea banquets and reached its peak popularity in the Song Dynasty, offering a wide

variety of forms and flavors.

As a significant vessel of traditional Chinese culture, Tang Guozi embodies rich

historical and cultural narratives. It reflects the social life, customs, and

aesthetic ideals of the Tang period. Through the art and flavor of Tang Pastry, one

【大理·扎染/Dali · Tie-Dye (Zha Ran)】

扎染源自大理的白族古法植物染色技艺，蓝白相间的图案仿佛融入了洱海和苍山的美丽。扎染不仅是一种

Zha Ran, or traditional tie-dye, originates from the Bai ethnic group in Dali and

utilizes ancient plant-based dyeing techniques. The interplay of indigo and white

patterns evokes the natural beauty of Erhai Lake and the Cangshan Mountains.

More than just a craft, tie-dye in Dali represents a way of life. In local studios,

you can take part in the entire dyeing process and create a unique work of art imbued

Dongba culture is the essence of the Naxi people’s ancient civilization, encompassing

Dongba script is one of the last remaining pictographic writing systems in China, rich

【石林 / Stone Forest】

Located in Shilin Yi Autonomous County, the Stone Forest is a world-renowned karst

landscape known for its striking geological formations and deep cultural significance.

It was inscribed as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site in 2017. Celebrated for its

exemplary karst topography, the Stone Forest is a key area for studying the Earth's

geological evolution. Regarded as "The First Wonder of the World" and the legendary

"Hometown of Ashima," it is one of China’s most important scenic and cultural heritage

sites.

【官渡古镇 / Guandu Ancient Town】

官渡古镇位于昆明市官渡区，是古滇文化的发祥地之一，拥有悠久的历史和丰富的文化遗产。官渡古镇最

早是滇池岸边的一个名为“涡洞”的渔村古渡口，早在唐代，这里便是南诏、大理国王公贵人遊览滇池时

理想的驻足之地。 官渡金刚塔：又称妙湛寺石塔，建于明朝，是中国现存年代最久的金刚宝座式石塔。

Situated in the Guandu District of Kunming, Guandu Ancient Town is one of the birthplaces of the

ancient Dian culture. With a rich historical legacy and abundant cultural heritage, it was originally a

fishing village and ferry port named “Wodong” on the shores of Dianchi Lake. As early as the Tang

Dynasty, it became a favored stop for royalty and nobility from the Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms.

Guandu Vajra Pagoda: also known as the Stone Pagoda of Miaozhan Temple, it was built during the

Ming Dynasty and is the oldest surviving Vajra Throne-style pagoda in China.

【洱海 S 湾/Erhai S-Bend]】

大理洱海 S 湾是近年来因独特自然景观和人文特色迅速走红的网红打卡地，因公路沿洱海蜿蜒呈 S 形曲线

The Erhai S-Bend in Dali has become a popular internet-famous destination in recent

years, celebrated for its unique natural scenery and cultural charm. Named after the

S-shaped curve of the coastal road that winds gracefully along the edge of Erhai Lake,

the site resembles a flowing ribbon when viewed from above, beautifully set against

the backdrop of shimmering waters and verdant mountains.

【喜洲古鎮/Xizhou Ancient Town】

喜洲古鎮位於麗江古城附近，濃郁的納西族風情與悠久歷史在此交織。古鎮內石板路、古建築與民俗風情

An ancient city with over 1,200 years of history that once served as the capital of the Nanzhao and

Dali Kingdoms. With well-preserved city walls, distinctive Bai architecture, and landmark buildings

【麗江古城 / Lijiang Old Town】

【玉龍雪山 / Jade Dragon Snow Mountain】

海拔 5596 米的雪山，終年積雪，是納西族的神山。搭乘觀光列車和大索道可登高賞景，感受高原壯美風光。

山上氣候多變，植被隨海拔呈現明顯的垂直分佈帶。

A snow-capped mountain standing at 5,596 meters, with year-round snow and sacred to the Naxi

people. Visitors can take a sightseeing train and cable car to enjoy magnificent highland scenery.

The mountain features rapidly changing weather and distinct vertical vegetation zones at different

elevations.

【藍月穀 / Blue Moon Valley】

玉龍雪山腳下的高山溪穀，因湖水呈夢幻藍色而得名。雪山融水形成的湖泊清澈湛藍，在陽光下呈現不同

層次的藍色，被譽為"人間仙境"。

An alpine valley at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, named for its dreamlike blue waters.

The lakes, formed by melting snow, appear in various shades of blue under sunlight and are

described as a "paradise on earth."

【甘海子 / Ganhaizi】

位於麗江古城附近的高原湖泊，"甘海子"在納西語中意為"太陽湖"。湖水清澈，周圍環境幽靜，是當地人休

閒和遊客觀景的好去處，也是攝影愛好者的天堂。

A plateau lake near Lijiang Ancient Town. "Ganhaizi" means "Sun Lake" in the Naxi language. With

ystal clear water and a tranquil environment, it's a great place for locals to relax and tourists to

sightsee, as well as a paradise for photographers.

【雪山觀光列車/Snow Mountain Sightseeing Train】

【虎跳峡/Tiger Leaping Gorge】

虎跳峡位于云南省麗江市，是长江上遊金沙江的一段峡谷，因传说有虎跳江而得名。峡谷全长约 16 公里，

峡谷两侧的玉龙雪山和哈巴雪山对峙，形成了落差达 3900 米的世界上最深的峡谷之一。这里激流澎湃，風

景壮丽，被誉为"世界徒步天堂"。

Tiger Leaping Gorge, located in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, is a canyon on the Jinsha River. Legend

claims a tiger once leaped across the river at its narrowest point, giving the gorge its name.

Stretching about 16km with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain on opposite

sides, it forms one of the world's deepest gorges with a 3,900m drop. Known for its raging waters

and spectacular scenery, it's acclaimed as a "hiking paradise."

【独克宗古城/Dukezong Ancient Town】

独克宗古城位于云南省香格里拉市，是中国保存最好的藏民居集中地之一，已有 1300 多年历史。"独克宗"

在藏语中意为"月光城"。古城依山而建，石板铺路，木质建筑群保存完好，是茶马古道上的重要驿站。这里

藏族文化浓厚，是了解藏族历史與民俗的重要窗口。

Dukezong Ancient Town in Shangri-La, Yunnan Province, is one of China's best-preserved Tibetan

settlements with over 1,300 years of history. The name means "Moonlight City" in Tibetan. Built on

a hillside with stone-paved streets and well-preserved wooden structures, it was once an important

post on the ancient Tea Horse Road. Rich in Tibetan culture, it offers a vital glimpse into Tibetan

history and customs.

【噶丹松赞林寺 /Gandan Sumtseling Monastery】

噶丹松赞林寺位于云南省香格里拉市，是云南省规模最大的藏传佛教寺院，被誉为"小布达拉宫"。始建于

1679 年，寺院金顶辉煌，藏式建筑群依山而建，气势恢宏。这里珍藏了大量的佛教文物，每年都举行盛大

的跳神仪式等宗教活动，是研究藏传佛教的重要场所。

Gandan Sumtseling Monastery in Shangri-La, Yunnan Province, is the largest Tibetan Buddhist

monastery in Yunnan, known as the "Little Potala Palace." Founded in 1679, its golden roofs shine

brilliantly as Tibetan-style buildings cascade down the hillside in magnificent splendor. Housing

numerous Buddhist artifacts, the monastery hosts grand religious ceremonies including the annual

"jumping deity" ritual, making it significant for studying Tibetan Buddhism.

【普达措国家森林公园 /Pudacuo National Park】

普达措国家森林公园位于云南省香格里拉市，是中国第一个国家公园。公园内有碧塔海、属都湖等高原湖
