昆明（动车）香格里拉-纳帕海-飞来寺

Kunming (Bullet Train) → Shangri-La → Napahai → Feilai Temple

早餐后根据动车时间，乘坐动车前往香格里拉；后前往前往遊览

【纳帕海】（纳帕海四季景致各有特色，夏末秋初是雨季，此时水量较

大，纳帕海是一大片湖泊，湖边是一小片草场。到了冬春旱季，湖面缩

小甚至干涸，变成大片的沼泽草甸——依拉草原）是香格里拉最大的草

原，也是最富于高原特色的風景区之一。由于藏民的悉心爱护，每当秋

季来临，许多飞禽便光顾这里，如黑颈鹤、黄鸭、斑头雁在草原上空高

飞低旋，情景颇惹心喜爱。遊毕乘车前往德钦，抵达飞来寺入住酒店

After breakfast, depart for Shangri-La by bullet train according to the scheduled

departure time. Proceed to visit Napahai (Napahai’s scenery varies distinctly across

seasons: During late summer and early autumn rains, it transforms into a vast lake

bordered by grasslands. In winter and spring dry seasons, the lake shrinks or dries

completely, becoming expansive marsh meadows—Yila Grassland), the largest grassland

in Shangri-La and one of the most iconic plateau landscapes. Thanks to Tibetan locals’

dedicated conservation, autumn attracts migratory birds such as Black-necked

Cranes,Common Shelducks, and Bar-headed Geese soaring above the meadows, creating

a mesmerizing scene. After the tour, transfer to Deqin and check in at Feilai Temple

hotel.

徒步雨崩-雨崩

Trekking Yubeng – Yubeng

早餐后出发徒步雨崩，挑战自己，征服自己，置身天堂般的雨崩，让

身心得以沉静，心灵得到洗涤。【雨崩】位于梅里雪山背面的雨崩村是

一个神奇而美丽的地方，四面群山簇拥，人烟稀少，仅有一条驿道與外

界相通，行走其间有种时空错位之感，象是走到了传说中的世外桃源，

静谧而无忧无虑。雨崩下村朝着雪山出发,徒步前往神瀑,途径美丽的原

始森林, 树木参天,風光无限好。

晚餐后，乘车前往雨崩酒店入住

After breakfast, depart for the Yubeng trek, challenging and conquering yourself,

immersing in the paradise-like surroundings of Yubeng to calm the body and cleanse the

soul. Yubeng Village, located on the backside of Meili Snow Mountain, is a mystical and

beautiful place enveloped by towering peaks, sparsely populated, connected to the outside

world only by an ancient caravan trail. Walking through this area evokes a surreal sense

of temporal dislocation, as if stepping into the legendary Shangri-La—tranquil and

carefree. Starting from Lower Yubeng Village toward the snow-capped mountains, trek to

the Sacred Waterfall, passing through pristine primeval forests with sky-reaching trees

and boundless scenic beauty.

After dinner, transfer by vehicle to your Yubeng hotel for check-in.

神瀑–飞来寺

Sacred Waterfall → Feilai Temple

酒店享用早餐后前往神瀑，位于云南德钦县云岭乡境内的卡瓦格博峰

南侧，有悬岩倾泻而下的瀑布，被称为“雨崩神瀑”，藏族人以到雨崩

神瀑下沐浴作为一种洁净心灵的修炼。“雨崩”，意为经书，其名與离

村不远的“石篆天书”胜境不无关系。

后返飞来寺，晚入住飞来寺酒店

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Sacred Waterfall, located on the southern flank of

Kawagarbo Peak (6,740m) in Yunling Township, Deqin County. This cascading waterfall

plunges from sheer cliffs, revered by Tibetans as the "Yubeng Sacred Waterfall" —a

site where pilgrims undergo ritual bathing to purify their spirits. The

name Yubeng ("Buddhist Scriptures") originates from the nearby Stone Sutra Cliff, an

ancient rock face carved with Tibetan Buddhist texts.

In the afternoon, return via mountain roads to Feilai Temple, checking into your hotel and

have a good rest.

日照金山-金沙江第一湾-东竹林寺-松赞林寺-香格里拉

早上根据当地观日出最佳时间，观赏世界上最美的日出——【日照金

山】（朝拜神山讲究的是缘分，如果因为不可抗力因素（天气原因）无

法看到日出日落，望贵宾能够理解）；后返回香格里拉，途径金沙江第

一湾，东竹林寺，后前往松赞林寺，噶丹·松赞林寺，又称归化寺，位

于云南省迪庆藏族自治州香格里拉市建塘镇，被誉为“小布达拉宫”。

占地约 500 亩，是云南省藏传佛教寺院，也是康区有名的大寺院之一，

于公元 1679 年（藏历第十一绕迥阴土羊年）兴建，于公元 1681 年（阴

铁鸡年）竣工。五世达赖喇嘛亲赐名“噶丹松赞林”。集藏族造型艺术

之大成，有“藏族艺术博物馆”之称。

晚入住香格里拉酒店

In the early morning, following the optimal local sunrise viewing time, witness the world-

renowned Golden Mountain Illumination (viewing this sacred mountain phenomenon

depends on karmic fortune; kindly understand that sunrise/sunset visibility may be

affected by weather conditions). Afterward, return to Shangri-La via First Bend of the

Jinsha River and Dongzhulin Monastery, then visit Ganden Songzanlin

Monastery(also called Guihua Monastery), situated in Jiantang Town, Shangri-La City,

Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Known as the “Little Potala

Palace”, this 500-mu (82-acre) Tibetan Buddhist monastery, constructed between 1679

CE (Tibetan calendar: 11th Rabjung Cycle, Yin Earth Sheep Year) and 1681 CE (Yin

Iron Rooster Year), was bestowed its name “Ganden Songzanlin”by the Fifth Dalai

Lama. Celebrated as a “Tibetan Art Treasury”, it exemplifies the zenith of Tibetan

architectural and artistic traditions. Overnight in Shangri-La.

Day 6

上虎跳-虎跳峡徒步-香格里拉

Lijiang – Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge – Tiger Leaping Gorge Hike –

Shangri-La

早餐后，前往有世界峡谷之最之称-【虎跳峡】，峡谷长 16 千米，南

岸玉龙雪山主峰海拔 5596 米，北岸中甸雪山海拔 5,396 米，中间江流宽

仅 30-60 米。虎跳峡的上峡口海拔 1800 米，下峡口海拔 1630 米，两岸

山岭和江面相差 2500-3000 米，谷坡陡峭，蔚为壮观。江流在峡内连续

下跌 7 个陡坎，落差 170 米，水势汹涌，声闻数里，为世界上最深的大

峡谷之一。（温馨提示：虎跳峡是世界上著名的大峡谷, 也是中国最深

的峡谷之一，以“险”而闻名天下，遊览时请您注意安全），乘接驳车

抵达中途客栈（halfway），打卡传奇美景“爽死你阳台”，随后开始虎

跳峡高路全程最精華最出片路段的懒徒步之旅（中途客栈-龙洞水瀑布往

返约 4 公里，山路平缓没坡度，轻松打卡无压力），徒步的过程中可以

看到险峻的峡谷、雪山、瀑布等，一路可以感受到虎跳峡的雄伟、壮

丽、险峻和奇特。行走在哈巴雪山和玉龙雪山之间，旁边山脚下就是湍

急汹涌的金沙江，一路上的峡谷、瀑布、云海无不令人叹为观止。

后返回麗江，入住麗江酒店。

After breakfast, head to the world-renowned Tiger Leaping Gorge—16 km long, with

the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain’s main peak rising to 5,596 m on the south bank and the

Zhongdian Snow Mountain reaching 5,396 m on the north. The river narrows to just 30–

60 m at its tightest point. The upper gorge entrance sits at 1,800 m elevation, and the

lower at 1,630 m, making the cliffs and river drop some 2,500–3,000 m—truly a

spectacular sight. The Jinsha River plunges over seven steep cascades within the gorge,

totaling a 170 m drop; its roaring waters can be heard for miles, earning Tiger Leaping

Lijiang

Gorge its status as one of the world’s deepest canyons. (Note: Tiger Leaping Gorge is

famed for its sheer drops and thrilling terrain; please take care and follow safety

instructions at all times.) Board a shuttle to the Halfway Guesthouse, snap photos at the

legendary “Balcony of Thrills,” then embark on the gorge’s most scenic—and easiest—

hike. This lazy trek covers approximately 4 km round-trip (Halfway Guesthouse to

Dragon’s Cave Waterfall and back) over gentle, level trails, perfect for stress-free photo

stops. Along the way, you’ll witness the gorge’s dramatic cliffs, snow-capped peaks, and

cascading waterfalls, feeling the power, grandeur, and rugged beauty of Tiger Leaping

Gorge. Walking between Haba Snow Mountain and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, you’ll

be flanked by soaring peaks while the torrential Jinsha River races beside you, with every

canyon vista, waterfall, and sea of clouds leaving you in awe. After dinner, depart by

coach for Shangri-La and check in to your hotel.

Day 7

黑龙潭公园-麗江古城-唐卡绘画體验-动车返回昆明

Black Dragon Pool – Lijiang Old Town – Thangka Painting Experience –

Bullet Train Return to Kunming

酒店早餐后，前往【黑龙潭公园】，黑龙潭公园走走，它是古城的一

种延续，是在麗江山水中城市與自然融合的古典园林；麗江古城位于云

南省麗江市古城区，又名大研镇，是中国以整座古城申报世界文化遗产

获得成功的两座古城之一；后體验藏式美学唐卡绘画；

根据动车时间返回昆明，晚入住昆明酒店。

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Black Dragon Pool Park. Stroll through this

classical garden—a seamless extension of the Old Town where Lijiang’s urban landscape

and natural scenery blend harmoniously. Next, visit Lijiang Old Town, located in

Gucheng District, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province (also known as Dayan Town). It is one

of only two ancient cities in China whose entire old town was successfully inscribed as a

UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then enjoy a Tibetan- style Thangka painting

experience, where you’ll learn traditional techniques and aesthetics of this sacred art

form. Finally, board the bullet train back to Kunming according to your train schedule,

and check in to your hotel in Kunming for the night.

往昆明老街，昆明老街的建筑群落中，最古老的有近 900 年历史，这些

wholly owns China’s largest flower trading market—the Kunming Dounan Flower

Market. The company specializes in the operation and management of the flower market

and holds the exclusive rights to the registered trademark “Dounan,” which has been

◆ 服装类：早晚温差巨大，中午阳光直射恨不得光膀子，而太阳落下后冷風骤起，外套

建议选择防水、防風、透气的外套，中层准备一个排骨羽绒背在包里，以备抵御夜晚的寒

冷，内层穿着排汗速干面料的。

◆ 鞋子：徒步穿一双防滑能力强的徒步鞋非常重要，有一些路段很窄在悬崖边，鞋子不

防滑心里打颤呀，并且专門的徒步鞋会更好的保护脚部

◆ 帽子：毛线帽准备起来，山顶風大，不要带固定不住的帽子

◆ 背包：每隔一段时间就会有补给的地方，不用携带太多的东西，尽量控制背包的重量

（但是巧克力、水要准备充足，很重要）

◆ 手套：准备一双有备无患，有些树枝上还有刺儿

◆ 墨镜：这里紫外线很强，阳光直射对眼睛非常不好，墨镜要注意不要选择那种戴上之

后视线黑黑的，影响行走。

◆ 其他：登山杖、巧克力、补充电解质的饮料、饮用水

◆ Clothing: The temperature varies drastically between day and night. At noon, direct sunlight may make you

want to strip down, but once the sun sets, cold winds can suddenly pick up. Opt for a waterproof, windproof,

and breathable outer layer. Carry a lightweight down vest in your backpack as a mid-layer to combat nighttime

chill. For the inner layer, wear moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric to stay comfortable during exertion.

◆ Footwear:A pair of sturdy, slip-resistant hiking boots is essential. Some trails are narrow and run along cliff

edges—poor traction could lead to slips or instability. Proper hiking boots also provide better ankle support and

foot protection.

◆ Headwear: Pack a warm beanie (knitted hat) as mountain summits are often windy. Avoid hats that are

loose or easily blown off.

◆ Backpack: Supply points are available at regular intervals, so avoid overpacking. Keep your backpack

lightweight, but ensure you carry sufficient chocolate, water, and electrolyte-replenishing drinks (critical for

energy and hydration).

◆ Gloves: Bring a pair of gloves as a precaution. Some trails have thorny branches that can scratch your

hands.

◆ Sunglasses: UV radiation here is intense, and direct sunlight can harm your eyes. Choose sunglasses that

block 100% of UV rays but avoid overly dark lenses that impair visibility on shaded trails.

◆ Additional Essentials: Trekking poles (for stability on uneven terrain), High-energy snacks (e.g., chocolate,

nuts), Electrolyte drinks and sufficient water, First-aid kit (recommended for emergencies)

Yunnan is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and has significant temperature differences between day and

night. Be sure to bring enough warm clothing to stay comfortable and prevent cold-related illnesses. Due to

strong sunlight and ultraviolet rays in Yunnan, if you are outdoors for an extended period, please wear a sunhat

and sunglasses, and apply sunscreen to protect your skin. The weather can change rapidly, so carrying rain gear

is recommended. Yunnan is home to many ethnic minority groups. Please respect their religious beliefs and

local customs during your travels. Be sure to bring: raincoat or umbrella, comfortable walking shoes, cold

medicine, gastrointestinal medication, insect repellent, sunscreen, sunhat, and sunglasses.

(Note: The temperature in Lijiang can drop considerably in the morning and evening. It is recommended to

bring warmer clothing such as sweaters, long-sleeved shirts, and lightweight thermal jackets. Comfortable travel

shoes are also advised.) Yunnan is known for its local specialties including: jewelry and jade, Yunnan Baiyao

(traditional medicine), Dali marble, silver crafts, Yunnan tobacco, ham, spirulina health supplements, Pu'er tea,

edible mushrooms, and seasonal fruits. Yunnan is a major tourist destination. During your trip, you may

encounter a wide variety of local specialty products in scenic areas, hotels, restaurants, and roadside

restrooms—ranging from jewelry, jade, and yellow dragon jade to silverware, fruits, and other local goods.

Please make your purchases carefully and compare prices before buying. Avoid purchasing “three-no” products

(i.e., products without manufacturer, production date, or quality certification). If you do make a purchase, it is a

personal decision and has no relation to the travel agency. Please request official invoices and relevant

certificates when buying goods, and keep them properly for future reference.
